When the upgrade is complete, all the online support will be on http://onlinesupport.conted.ox.ac.uk/.

TALL IT Help staff are available to answer telephone calls Monday - Friday on UK working days from 09:00-12:30 and from 13.30-17:00 (note that on Thursdays the service is not available from 12.00-14:00). Outside of these hours messages can be left on the answering service.

If you are contacting TALL by telephone, please make sure that you have your username and password available.
