Students are welcome to contact their tutor or course director through the forums on their course website or by email to discuss academic or personal issues.
You can find your tutor’s email address by clicking on their name in the Participants list. A link to this list can be found in the NAVIGATION block on your course homepage.
For help with administrative issues
Students are welcome to contact their course administrator through the forums on their course website or by email to discuss administrative issues such as a change of name or address, certificates, credits or enrolments.
For online short courses: email@example.com. For any other course you can find your administrator from the Participants list accessed via your course homepage.
Change of personal details
Maintaining an up-to-date student record with the Department is essential. If you have changed your name, home address, telephone number or email address, please email your course administrator and include your name, the course you are studying and explain briefly the change that you wish to make.
For online short courses: firstname.lastname@example.org. For any other course you can find your course administrator from the Participants accessed via your course homepage.

If you can’t find a solution to your technical issue in the help pages you can contact the IT Support team:

The IT Support team are available to answer telephone calls Monday – Friday on UK working days from 09:00-12:30 and from 13.30-17:00 (note that on Thursdays IT Support is unavailable from 12.00-14:00). Outside of these hours messages can be left on the answering service.
